📄 利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、開発者およびその関係者（以下「開発者等」といいます）が提供するアプリ（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者（以下「ユーザー」といいます）は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（適用範囲）
- 本規約は、本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
- 開発者等は必要と判断した場合、本規約を改定できるものとし、改定後は本サービス上に掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
第2条（提供内容）
- 本サービスは、ユーザーに対し無償で提供されます。
- 開発者等は、本サービスの全部または一部の提供を予告なく変更、中断または終了することができます。
第3条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
- 開発者等が不適切と判断する行為
第4条（免責事項）
- 開発者等は、本サービスの正確性、完全性、有用性、特定目的への適合性、セキュリティ、不具合の不存在等について、一切の保証を行いません。
- ユーザーが本サービスを利用したことまたは利用できなかったことにより生じた一切の損害（直接的・間接的・偶発的・特別・結果的損害を含みますがこれらに限りません）について、開発者等は一切の責任を負いません。
- 開発者等は、ユーザー間またはユーザーと第三者との間に生じたトラブルについて、一切の責任を負いません。
第5条（個人情報の取扱い）
- 開発者等は、ユーザーの個人情報を取得する場合、利用目的の範囲内で適切に管理・利用します。
- ただし、本サービスの利用に関連して発生した情報漏洩・不正利用・システム障害その他の事態について、開発者等は一切の責任を負いません。
- ユーザーは、自らの責任において個人情報を提供するものとし、開発者等に対して一切の請求を行わないことに同意するものとします。
第6条（知的財産権）
本サービスに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、開発者等または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。ユーザーは、権利者の許可なく利用・複製・頒布してはなりません。
第7条（利用停止・終了）
ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、開発者等は事前通知なく本サービスの利用停止または終了を行うことができます。
第8条（準拠法および裁判管轄）
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して生じた紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第9条（同意）
ユーザーは、本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約すべてに同意したものとみなされます。
📄 Terms of Use (English – Reinforced Version)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to the application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the developer and related parties (hereinafter referred to as "the Developers"). By using the Service, users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
- These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service.
- The Developers may revise these Terms, and the revised version shall take effect when posted on the Service.
Article 2 (Provision of Service)
- The Service is provided free of charge.
- The Developers may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Violation of laws or public order and morals
- Criminal acts
- Interference with the operation of the Service
- Infringement of rights or interests of other users or third parties
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developers
Article 4 (Disclaimer of Liability)
- The Developers make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or absence of defects of the Service.
- The Developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages).
- The Developers shall not be responsible for any disputes between Users or between Users and third parties.
Article 5 (Personal Information)
- If the Developers obtain personal information, they will manage and use it appropriately within the scope of the intended purpose.
- However, the Developers shall not be responsible for any leakage, unauthorized use, or system failures related to personal information in connection with the Service.
- Users shall provide personal information at their own risk and agree not to make any claims against the Developers.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Developers or third parties with legitimate rights. Users shall not use, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
Article 7 (Suspension / Termination)
If a User violates these Terms, the Developers may suspend or terminate use of the Service without prior notice.
Article 8 (Governing Law / Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
Article 9 (Acceptance)
By using the Service, Users are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms.
